Facing Our Collective Karma
There is a long history of violence, oppression, cruelty, and genocide in the United States of America, and throughout the world. These atrocities continue today. The pain lives in the bodies of the victims and in the bodies of the perpetrators and all of their descendants, and also in all of us.
Norman Fischer says that we are responsible for everything that happens to us, both individually and collectively. We are One Body. When we can be accountable for and feel the pain of our karma, both individual or collective, we can begin to heal ourselves, and heal the world.
