Gyodo Sensei shares and appreciates Master Hakuin’s Song of Zazen as an expression of our human affliction, how we can work with it, and the fruits of our practice.

As Hakuin says, "The gateway to freedom is zazen Samadhi….  One True Samadhi extinguishes evils. It purifies karma, dissolving obstructions. Then where are the dark paths to lead us astray? The Pure Lotus Land is not far away.
