Kshanti Paramita: The Perfection of Patience

Patience can be one of the most important practices for whatever is arising. It brings us back to oneness. Zazen is the ultimate expression of patience, although practicing patience is available to all of us in every moment.

We’re called to be patient with ourselves and each other, most of all. Just as we are. Messy. Imperfect. Wouldn’t it be freeing to experience just a little spaciousness?
