#FridaysforFuture Global Climate Strike

Eon Zen joined with the Arbor Institute, Zen Peacemakers, and Saint Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church Centering Prayer Group to lead a silent bearing witness action on the CU Campus as part of the 2019 #FridaysforFuture Global Climate Strike. Over 30 people sat in stillness and silence in the midst of over 300 protesters on Norlin Quad, ringing the bell every 5 minutes for an hour. Our presence was palpable in the midst of the crowd, helping to ground the energy while also calling us to loving action.
